面對全球永續發展趨勢，明志科技大學智慧醫療研究中心攜手長庚科技大學，推動多項專為台灣邦交國設計的SDGs計畫。洪國永教授領導的「健康照護人員技職班」涵蓋智慧醫療與設計思考課程，提升邦交國健康照護能力。此舉不僅深化台灣與邦交國的合作關係，也展現台灣在高齡照護與永續發展中的積極角色。

In response to the global trend of sustainable development, the Research Center for Intelligent Medical Devices at Ming Chi University of Technology has teamed up with Chang Gung University of Science and Technology to promote several SDGs projects designed specifically for Taiwan's diplomatic allies. Led by Professor Hong Kuo-Yung, the "Healthcare Personnel Skills Training Program" covers courses in smart healthcare and design thinking, aimed at enhancing the healthcare capabilities of Taiwan's allies. This initiative not only strengthens Taiwan's cooperation with its diplomatic partners but also highlights Taiwan's active role in elderly care and sustainable development.
